Rudolph G. Schade, Partner and Co-founder of Cassiday Schade LLP, has been selected as one of Chicago’s Best Lawyers for Medical Malpractice in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.
Published for more than a quarter of a century, Best Lawyers selects recipients through an exhaustive survey in which thousands of the nation’s top lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers. The rigorous selection process asks, among other things, “If you had a close friend or relative who needed this type of legal service and you could not handle the case yourself, to whom would you refer them?”
Mr. Schade has more than 40 years of experience in all areas of litigation with a special emphasis in the defense of health care matters. He actively gives back to the legal profession serving in leadership roles with the International Association of Defense Counsel, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American College of Trial Lawyers and The International Society of Barristers among others.
Mr. Schade has a long history of service and volunteer leadership with several community and health care organizations. He is a trustee of Elmhurst College, a frequent author and lecturer and has been an adjunct professor at The John Marshall Law School.
