Lindsay Drecoll Brown is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office where she concentrates her practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on medical malpractice, professional liability and product liability. She has tried cases to verdict, drafted appellate briefs, and represented clients in connection with complex litigation, including class actions and multidistrict litigation.
Ms. Brown received her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a member of the Corboy Trial Team and a recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing. She was also a junior editor and published author of the Children’s Legal Rights Journal. In addition, Ms. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, where she was a member of the honors program and graduated with high honors.
During law school, Ms. Brown served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald O’Brien in the Cook County Law Division. In addition, she gained valuable trial experience while volunteering at the Cook County office of the Public Defender.
Ms. Brown is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
