CHICAGO - The law firm of Cassiday Schade LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy Dugan, Joseph Rupcich, Michael Moothart, Ronald Neroda, and Margaret Shipitalo have been elected to the partnership.
Timothy P. Dugan (St. Louis): Tim has extensive experience in all varieties of medical malpractice and wrongful death suits, including extensive experience in skilled nursing facility defense, hospital defense and physician defense. He received a B.A. from Truman State University and J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Joseph N. Rupcich (Springfield): Joe concentrates his practice in the defense of civil litigation matters, including representation of clients in general tort litigation with a focus on defense of medical professionals in cases that allege constitutional violations under the 1st, 8th and 14th Amendments. He received his B.A. from the University of Illinois and J.D. from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Law School.
Michael P. Moothart (Chicago): Mike concentrates his practice in civil litigation, particularly the defense of construction, product liability and general liability matters. He earned a B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
Ronald E. Neroda (Chicago): Ron is engaged in the practice of civil litigation with a primary emphasis in defending cases involving medical malpractice, premises liability, transportation, civil rights claims, and product liability. He graduated with a B.S. from Indiana University and J.D. from the John Marshall Law School.
Margaret A. Shipitalo (Chicago): Margaret handles all aspects of insurance coverage counseling and litigation for insurance companies, corporate entities, and individuals in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. She received her B.A. from the Miami University and J.D. from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law.
