In 1997, Cassiday Schade LLP established the Quality Control Department - a highly unusual initiative. The department acts in an internal audit capacity to educate attorneys about litigation management and to review billing prior to client submission. This ensures we achieve 100% compliance with our clients' guidelines in order to meet and exceed their expectations. This initiative has strengthened our foundation of integrity and trust with our clients and to this day continues to be a unique practice at law firms.
